The Economist Pricing
Economist.com offers a variety of subscription packages. There are options for digital format, as well as a Digital + Print package. Lighter packages like Espresso and Economist Podcasts+ are also available. Subscription terms range from monthly and annual, up to longer terms designed to save money (options from 1 to 3 years).
For long-term subscriptions, the pricing is $412 for 2 years and $583 for 3 years. These subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each term.
In the past, they offered one year online access to all The Economist articles for $59 and one year subscription to the Economist print edition along with year-long online access to all The Economist articles for $125.

Payment Method
Economist.com accepts payment via Mastercard, Visa debit, PayPal, Apple Pay, and American Express. For subscriptions priced in USD, Discover card is also accepted. Regional restrictions apply: In India, subscribers must set up payment mandates due to RBI regulations. American Express is not accepted for subscriptions in South Korea or the Philippines. PayPal is unavailable for subscriptions in India, South Korea, China, or Malaysia. Apple Pay is not available for subscriptions in China, India, or Russia, and cannot be used with American Express cards. Cheques and bank transfers are no longer accepted. UK subscribers paying by Direct Debit must contact their bank for any changes.

Economist.com offers a 14-day cooling-off period for subscription cancellations. During this period, subscribers can cancel and receive a full refund. After the cooling-off period, refunds are not typically provided. For digital-only subscriptions, access will be terminated immediately upon cancellation.
